Watch four giants in James' life sharing ontological and storytelling wisdom with his Villanova MBA class. Their advice is invaluable. It is here for you. What we do is important. Who we are is more important. In the future we will ask children: "Who will you be?" And we will have "To be" lists. In the past we asked "What will you do?" and wrote "To do" lists. We are in transition. Do both! Listen to these four wise men for nuggets of wisdom. You will be glad you did.

Asking a group of people, perhaps members of the community you serve, for one word to describe their needs is powerful indeed. The "one word" process is simple and powerful as it forces focus. In this video, Christie and James reflect on words that describe innovation and we tagged them to the word "innovation."
