Create your future one conversation at a time by developing a MyMap living document, and update it from time to time. Once called the “Prospective” a My Map is an idealized design, one of the most powerful tools for innovation. Imagine you have no present system, and no constraints. Russ Ackoff talks here about how Bell Labs used an idealized design in the 1950s to redesign the phone system.
