How might you add a story? Pick a picture, painting, drawing, or an item and tell your story of it. Record your thoughts about any art you'd like to share, and I’ll combine and share them. Here are four ways to do it:

(a) Find or take a photograph of the art, send it to me in an email, or at the Feed Forward link at the top right of this page. We can discuss the next step.

(b) Write, then read a commentary into a smart phone video and email the video to me with a photo of the art. I'll combine the two.

(c) Write a commentary. Send it to me with a photograph of the art and I'll combine them.

(d) Jump on a recorded zoom call with me and talk about the art. I'll merge sound clips from the Zoom with a still of the picture.

Your art doesn't have to be a 'Barnes' and it doesn't have to be a painting. It can be a photograph, or an artifact representing a meaningful family story for you that you'd like to share. Don't overthink it! Do a couple!
