An Individual Prospective is a tool for creating new futures. It can include your pesonal traits, skills and it always includes visions of possible futures. Futures are limited by your thinking: Deepen your understanding by exploring possibilities in areas that interest you. Have conversations for understading and possibilites: They do not have to lead to a full time job. Perhaps they will expand the scope of an existing job; perhaps they will lead to a charitable evening or weekend activity; perhaps a new job or even a new retirement idea.
